Deviled Egg Spread

    Recipe from Shellyh430: Deviled Egg Spread/saved
    Good egg spread. I've always liked the deviled egg taste. Used this for a sandwich spread instead of a dip.
    Not sure why one has to split the eggs lengthwise since they are going to be chopped anyhow.
    Grab an extra slice of bread to clean up the processor bowl.

    That looks like egg salad for sandwiches - to me anyway. I guess if you saved the whites you could put the yolk mix in them for deviled eggs. I've never heard of using this for a dip but it does sound good. Love the pretty picture.

    Add some chopped cooked potatoes and this would probably be a great potato salad as well! Not sure how I'd like it as a dip, would have to try before I can judge though :)

    Did have difficulty peeling the shells. Think that's what the vinegar was supposed to be for.

    Made this again. Used a teaspoon to separate the eggs from the shells. Worked better.
