Dolmades of Koupepia by Ivy

    Made these last night and they were wonderful! Truly authentic dish! This was the closest recipe I could find similar to what I had in the restaurant once, and they came out even better! I added 2 tbsp. each of raisins and pine nuts (that's how I got served them before). Followed all the rest. I used jarred grape leaves. This recipe made a lot of dolmades and I still had about 1/2 jar of leaves left! Definitely a keeper if you like Mediterranian food.

    LOL! That too funny Juels!...You happened to have a jar of grape leaves hanging around? I'm lucky I have milk in the house sometimes!
