I'm not a big coffee drinker. There is a pronounced coffee flavor in this pudding. That is a minus for me. I thought the coffee was supposed to be there to enhance the chocolate flavor. But it holds sway in this recipe.
Otherwise it's a good pudding.
Pudding is not for me but for mother whom is known to drink coffee from time to time which is more than I.
I didn't see the condensation on the serving glass when I snapped the picture. Also didn't cover the container, which gave it a film.

I like coffee, but don't think I'd like it as an overpowering flavor in chocolate pudding. Looking at the ingredient list, that looks like a lot of espresso to the amount of milk. A nice pinch is all that's needed to enhance the chocolate flavor. I saved the recipe, but will have to remember to check out this post when I make it.
