A little on the egg-y side for me. I guess I was expecting something else, but in all tasty and of course the salsa is delicious!! Added a little salt to the egg mix and think it needed it. The way this puffs up is so weird! The piece in the picture was the smallest in height lower than halfway up the dish, on the opposite corner it was almost puffed out of the baking dish! Since the size of the dish isn't said, I used 8x8 which worked well IMO. Very light and airy. Oh and I think this feeds more than 2. Glad I gave this a try!

What a pretty salsa that is! I made a Dutch Baby one time and it wasn't what I expected either. Very filling stuff! I would have never thought to pair it with a salsa. I think I put some honey on mine. Interesting!

Was your's eggy?? The Dutch Baby seems like it is versatile to work with savory and sweet....so I love the honey idea! I have some left over I was gonna eat tonight...so honey it is! :)

I guess you could call it eggy. It was definitely a different texture of food than I had ever had. Yeah, I think "eggy" is a good word. :)

Its more like a pancake, MrP. It puffs up and is thicker though. Different texture, too. Kinda hard to explain.
