Dutch Baby with Jalapeno and Avocado Salsa

- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 3 large eggs shopping list
- 3/4 cup milk shopping list
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 1-1/2 tablespoons minced fresh jalapeno pepper shopping list
- 1 cup chopped firm ripe avocado shopping list
- 1 cup chopped firm ripe tomato shopping list
- 1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onion shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lime juice shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
How to make it
- Place butter in a shallow baking dish and heat in a 425 oven until melted. Whirl eggs and milk in blender until blended. Add flour and whirl until smooth then add 1 tablespoon of the jalapenos and whirl just to blend. Pour batter into hot baking dish. Bake until puffy and well browned about 20 minutes. Meanwhile in a bowl mix remaining jalapeno with avocado, tomato, green onion and lime juice. Dust baked dutch baby with cayenne then cut into wedges. Add avocado, salsa and salt.
