    This is absolutely a bad recipe. Ingredient proportions are out of whack to make it as the instructions decry. The picture is of a square loaf, not a free-formed baguette.
    Did research on ciabatta loaves after this recipe started not turning out right. There needs to be at a minimum a 25 percent shift in liquid to dry ingredients.
    Most ciabatta recipes start out with a sponge. I understand that this is supposed to be an easy version so the author skipped the souring of the dough steps. But serious adjustment of the ingredients are in order.
    Presently trying to save my ingredients and make some kind of loaf so as not to throw any away.
