  I made this tonight and it was PERFECT! So much great flavors in this dish! The toppings were just right! I didn't change a thing!

  Actually thanks for reminding me! I didn't measure the peanut butter. I just did it to taste. The peanut butter gave it a nice smokey kind of flavor...does that sound wierd?
