Sounds fantastic! I'm thinking that one could also use a pressure cooker if one didn't think ahead 8 hours! (Sometimes the inspiration just comes too late for the traditional execution!)

I made this tonight and it was perfect! I made it exactly as written, except I added the peanut butter to taste. The toppings were just right for this dish!
