  I should make this again, using store bought seasoning package. I made some home made Italian seasoning and the recipe turned out on the salty side. I was so hoping it would be good. The picture makes my mouth water. Loaf was nice and firm, in that, it held together transferring from loaf pan to plate. So it should make a good sandwich as soon as I can work out the salty issue.
  All the dry Italian seasoning package recipes I viewed on line were basically identical and made about a half cup. The store packages were at 1 ounce and about a quarter cup.
  This recipe gets recycled one more time.
