  Easy and quick and delicious. I loved that this used just plain ol' onion. Usually fried rice has green onions in it and I don't keep those around like I do regular onions. This would be great with some shrimp thrown in. Served it with
  Glazed Salmon
  Made a mistake and grabbed my salmon picture but a good rice picture is on the recipe. Looked just like the recipe poster's picture. :)
