Easy Honey Mustar Mozzarella Chicken

  This was fantastic!! I cut the honey and mustard in half since I wasn't serving over a rice or something to soak it all up. I did drizzle over the chicken when plated. I precooked my bacon all the way then just placed on before I added the cheese. Used half yellow mustard and half dijon. Every bite on every plate was eaten up! :)
