    Easy Zippy Beans And Rice
    Cleaning out the cupboards again. I found this using "black beans" and "diced tomatoes" for a search. I didn't have frozen corn. I used canned. I'm not into heat but this wasn't that "zippy." Good though. I did use Minute Rice. I was told by someone one time that it isn't "real" rice and it isn't good for me but I like that stuff. :)

    Great looking photo, Frankie! I used to be one of those that thought Minute Rice wasn't "real" rice, until I found it *is* real rice that has been parboiled to cut down on the cooking time you need. So :p to anyone that tells you otherwise.

    Yeah, Bakerme, I think she was a rice snob. She told me she only ate brown rice. Yeah. Whatever.
