Egg Drop Soup

    Perfect! I loved the mushrooms in this which I have never had in egg drop soup, but adds a great texture! I did do more egg but that's just personal preference. So quick to make!

    yes Gkwillow, I was! I have made egg drop soup before and didn't stir well and pour slow enough and there was huge clumps of egg which aren't appealing in soup!
