Egg Rolls my way by keni

    made these for my party tonight. everyone loved them. i thought I used too much of the chinese 5 seasoning but apparently I was the only one who thought so. A definate keeper.

    The only tip I would give you jim is if you do it the way i did them which was not fried, I brushed them with the peanut oil and baked them, let the inside mixture cool a little bit before filling. I had some trouble with breakage when I was brushing with the oil. Still came out great though.
