English Muffin Pizzas

I asked my 3 yr. old what he wanted for lunch and he yelled out PIZZZZA! This recipe popped in my head since I had just saved it the other day. He LOVED it, as I figured :) He let me take a bite and yes, it was good! If I made this for myself I would add some black olives, mmmmm! Used a whole grain English muffin, and mini pepperoni's.

Thank you Ana! The little tab for the tomatoes says "Pink Ponderosas" They are a pretty cool looking tomato and get VERY big, as you can tell from the pic lol!
I love using the mini pepperoni's Shona, the kiddos think they are fun :)
