Equal Does It Marinade For Sirloin
I thought perhaps the soy sauce would overpower this marinade, but it didn't. My sirloin was just thin enough to get a little brown sugar burnt just a tad which was very good. Used Chardonnay and added my picture. Deeeelicious!

Hey Frankieane, very glad you tried this! Love to see the word Deeeelicious!

It sure is an easy marinade to throw together at the last minute when you realize you have nothing planned for dinner the next day and that happens to me often. :)

I like a big fork. It holds more food. What can be wrong about that : )

hehe You guys are funny. :) Its a small steak. Only 4 oz. I think Mr. P would need three or four of them. :P

Yes. I have to say, if that was a normal size fork, I would need 3 of those teeny mini steaks. I guess Im kind of one of those that like to "go big or go home" when it comes to eating............ I forgot to ask. Did you broi; it?

Yes, I did broil it. Which is another good reason it was so small. If I had to broil it for any longer, the sugar probably would have burned more. As it was, it was just right!
