  This coleslaw is out of this world! A blend of vegetables, fruit and pasta in a piquant dressing, it has all the flavours you need for a refreshing yet satisfying summer dish - on the side or as a meal in itself. I made half the quantity as it provides a large amount. This would be great for barbecues or potlucks.
