Exotic Coleslaw Recipe

Ingredients

1 small cabbage

3-4 medium sized carrots

2-3 shallots / spring onions

1 green pepper

1 red pepper

1 medium sized onion

1 red apple

1 green apple

1 pineapple

1 can whole kernels (drained)

1 cup screw noodles

orange juice ,lemon juice,a handful raisins,almonds,and pecans

SALAD DRESSING:

1/2 - 3/4 cup trim mayo

1 tsp sugar

3 tsp vinegar

1 tsp salt

1 tsp ground pepper

1 tsp mustard powder

1 TABS olive oil

Directions

shred cabbage ,grate 2 carrots ,and juillenne the other 2 carrots

cube pineapple,peppers and apples into preffered sizes

chop shallots ,add to above ingredients

chop onion finely and squeeze out the juice ,add to above

boil noodles in salted water until al dente ,drain

add the cold noodles and kernels to above

add orange juice and lemon juice to taste

beat together all salad dressing ingredients ,and mix into the salad

lastly add raisins,toasted almonds and pecans

i promise you it is worth your while ! ! ! ! ! ! !
