Fig and walnut biscotti

    These were delicious. They turned out more like a soft cookie. Added a couple of pictures. And you could definitely sub the figs with other dried fruit here. I did use 1/2 lb. of nuts instead of the whole pound, which was plenty! And the recipe didn't specify the amount of sugar. I just added 1 cup and that worked fine.

    Just looked again at that recipe and it does say 2 cups sugar. LOL I printed it out right away, maybe she edited it later on. Well, one cup worked great for me.
