  Four Cheese Pasta Pie
  
  It's a good pasta dish. It's nice tasting new cheeses for me. Always an experiment on the palate.
  
  Think the call-out on the baking dish size is off. Go to a bigger dish.
  
  Looks to me like the first ingredient is 1 1/2 pounds of spaghetti. If it's one half pound of spaghetti then it will fit in the called-out dish size. But at a pound and three quarters combined cheese, I doubt it's all for a half pound spaghetti. I've been wrong before or so I've been told.
  
  Mother is not a beast of change. I wasn't sure she would like the new cheeses. And sure 'nuf she said it could be a little more creamy. So maybe a cup of heavy cream will help the cheeses in the bottom third of the dish become more creamy.
  
  Made a pic but this swelling in my belly needs to subside first.
