    Fried Okra
    I don't like okra. Too slimy. But this recipe is OK.
    Used the batter to make cornbread. Just combined the wet and dry ingredients. Could have used a third cup of the frying oil but I didn't. Eased up on the peppers.
    Recipe is for mother but I did sample a couple of them. Not as slimy as I remember.
    Took a pic but my okra was a little on the dark side from using used frying oil.
