    Garlic Cumin Marinade by GKWillow

    I made this tonight. I used boneless pork loin about 1.5" thick. I marinated the pork loin for only 2 hours and to compensate for the short time I used a couple of forks to pierce the meat. BBQ'd on high (650) 6-7 minutes each side. I usually shy from pork because I never have a good turnout. This was the most tender and moist pork I have made. Delicious. Very simple. Thanks GK
