Garlic Lime Chicken by Chef Meow was fabulous! Made this last night, and cooked it on the grill. Very juicy, tasty chicken! I chose it because of the short marinade time, and wasn't disappointed. I let mine marinade for about an hour. I also used WAY less soy sauce than called for. Recipe calls for 1/2 c, but for us that would be extremely salty tasting. I only used a couple tablespoons. I added about 1/4 c EVOO. Great recipe that we will definately make again.
