    Garlic Lovers Burger
    Its a good burger but I really didn't get much of a garlic taste. I had 1/2 pound of ground beef but I did all the math and the proportions of ingredients are the same as posted. I grilled my two burgers over charcoal. I ate part of one of the burgers plain to get the flavors. I could taste smokiness from the grill and got a hint of Worcestershire and the black pepper but no real standout garlic taste. I do love chopped onion in my burgers but I added another slice of red for more onion flavor. Served it up with some leftover fast food fries that I waffled.

    I think it would be better to have a measurement of garlic as clove sizes vary. Maybe 1.5 Tbs or something like that. It is a good burger though.
    It seems to me if you use Worcestershire in a burger and then grill it, the smoky taste enhances the Worcestershire and you can taste it more. Maybe that's just me and my tastebuds but that is what happens with me.

    I agree, garlic cloves do vary in size, ..so an actual measurement would be better..but most recipes I've seen call for cloves! Love Worcestershire in burgers, I always add some to my turkey meatloaf as well..adds such flavor:) Really good looking burger FA!
