    Garlic Rosemary Marinated Lamb Chops
A very nice lamb marinade. This marinade for lamb is all over the internet. Its pretty basic but, very good. I seared my two chops over medium high heat, 4 minutes one side, 3 the other. I didn't cut down the marinade ingredients and I ladled the leftover oil out into the hot pan before I cooked the chops.

Frankie, your photo is mouthwatering beautiful! We love lamb, garlic, and rosemary. What kind of chop did you use? The recipe just says thick lamb chops, which is no help. I like specific instructions, and something like that is just too vague for me.

Aw, shoot, I threw the packaging away but I'm pretty sure it was a loin lamb chop. Bone in. The "expensive" kind. ha I got a bonus at work and decided to treat myself with a bit of it. I usually buy the shoulder chops but opted for the good stuff this time around. :-)

Beautiful Photo, Frankie. We don't eat lamb but that looks so appetizing.
