Garlic Rosemary Marinated Lamb Chops Recipe

Ingredients

4 nice thick lamb chops

2 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary

3 tbsp. finely minced fresh garlic

1/4 cup olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a large bowl combine garlic,rosemary,olive oil, salt and pepper mix well adding enough salt to make the marinade taste border line salty (don't over do it)

add the chops to the marinade coat well cover with plastic wrap marinade over night in refrigerator

cook in a large heated saute pan or over the BBQ using some of the garlic rosemary marinade oil from the bowl

cook to your liking and serve with your favorite sides..(this is excellent when topped with a red bellpepper chutney)
