Very nice. It doesn't overpower the lamb. When I eat lamb, I want to taste the lamb. Added a thread in IMI 12/27/15

Simple, elegant, not too fussy. Marinade really enhances the flavor of the lamb. I add a little lemon to the marinade.
I've made this a number of times and the family always loves it.

I don't understand why someone rated this recipe low because it's a 5 for me. We love lamb and I have often prepared lamb this way. EXCELLENT and WAY TO GO!

I don't eat lamb period, but I'm sure this would be good on some sirloin strip. Thanks.
