Ginger Mustard Glaze

    Ginger Mustard Glaze

Good glaze. Used it to soak chicken breast strips in after they were sauteed.

Used powdered ginger instead of fresh.
Made half a recipe and didn't adjust the ginger for the recipe halved. Don't think it messed up the recipe too bad.
Made my own Teriyaki sauce for the glaze.

The recipe halved was still enough to glaze 3 breasts worth of chicken strips, with extra.

Need to make it again when I get some fresh ginger.

I keep referring to this recipe as a honey mustard glaze in error. So when you read honey mustard in the other posts, just translate it to ginger mustard.

    Sounds delicious Points!

It would probably be great with or without the ginger!

Care to show us your Teriyaki recipe? I could use it for a recipe I'm making next week

It is just a half-crafted recipe, not a finely detailed one. Equal parts soy sauce and hard packed brown sugar. Nothing fancy. I know there are other ingredients in it but those two ingredients get you 98% there.
