Ginger Mustard Glaze Recipe
Simple glaze for slathering on turkey burgers, salmon fillets, chicken breasts. Anything that needs a perk up. St. Pete Times

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup of teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbsp of minced fresh ginger
  • 1/2 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 1 tbsp of dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp of white wine vinegar

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Bring to boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer until glaze coats the back of a spoon.
  4. Can be made ahead and kept refrigerated for 2 days.
