Glazed Apple Bread

    A tasty loaf.
    The toothpick test doesn't fare well with this loaf. My toothpick test failed at an hour then an hour ten. Pulled it anyway and it turned out to be done. Suspect it's all that apple in there. You will have to press lightly on the top of the loaf to see that it springs back.
    It is a very moist loaf.
    Glazing is nice but probably not necessary.
    Had some sweetened dried cranberries mixed in with my raisins, so that's what you see in the pic.
    The oil, sugar, and vanilla does not cream up light and fluffy, as the instructions indicate, until the addition of the egg.
    Nothing really wrong with this recipe except for my concern over the toothpick test.
