  This was my dinner last night but I got sidetracked by Dancing with the Stars (yeah, I watch it... I know :D) so it didn't get put in here until tonight. This was a pretty nice way to use up some scallions and carrots I had but it was missing "something." I'm guessing the orange juice I didn't have.
