These onions would probably be good on anything. They are delicious! I prefer not to eat American cheese so I used a sliced white cheddar I had. I cooked my onions a bit longer to get them more caramelized, so I did end up having to add a little bit more of all the onion ingredients. Definitely good stuff!!!

I was happy the honey wasn't too sweet in this...it's really mellow but seriously is perfect with the dijon... :)
