Made Pleclare's grilled potato planks tonight! They are great! I added a little worcestershire. mmmm good.

There are endless possibilities with the potato planks. I never have garlic powder. I used chopped garlic, seasoned salt and garlic pepper with the worcestershire and olive oil. Bryan loves them. He suggested that next time we use the kosher salt, like we rub on the outside of potatoes before baking them. I also left the skin on. They are great! Thanks for sharing pleclare!
