  By Pointsevenout: "A potato soup with leanings toward vegetable soup. Destructions are to boil for 20 minutes. I opted to simmer for 45. Soup turns out just like the picture. Don't add the milk too slowly. The roux thickens up quite fast and you'll need all the boiling water to add back in.
  I couldn't resist using 3 large cloves of garlic."
