  A good flavored custard. Quick and easy.
  Only problem I have with it is a grainy film it leaves on the spoon when eaten. Custard is smooth and creamy enough in the mouth but that strange grainy film on the spoon is a little off-putting.

  I always have that happen to me when I try to make homemade pudding so I just don't do it anymore. Not certain what makes that graininess though. What did you do with the egg whites? It certainly does look tasty!
