It's finally cooling off some so we can get the grill out again...yay! This is so wonderful! I didn't use Montreal steak seasoning for the chicken, I used Penzey's Northwoods Fire seasoning (Not too spicy, but more smoky) . Also, was assuming this was going to be basted through out cooking but the directions say different, and I couldn't bring myself to do it that way. I coated the raw chicken in the slightly cooled but boiled sauce then basted throughout grilling. For the mustard I used whole grain mustard. This is has such a great flavor from theslightly spicy rub and the sweet glaze. Yummy!

Well the directions actually say to use an indoor grill, so you could use that... I don't have one of those though :( But it's been SO stupid hot here that it was nice to pull my grill out again with a little breeze going :)
