How to make it

  • Preheat indoor electric grill
  • season chicken with garlic powder and seasoning
  • grill chicken until well cooked inside
  • set aside
  • meanwhile heat red wine vinegar and sugar in small saucepan over medium/low heat until it boils and sugar is dissolved
  • stir in honey and mustard and bring to a boil stirring occassionally
  • remove from heat immediately and season with salt and pepper to taste
  • baste both sides of grilled chicken with the glaze until well coated
  • pour any glaze that remains over the chicken

    Love those marinade ingredients - sweet and salty, just how I enjoy it...we will definitely be putting this on the outside grill soon - we eat chicken probably 3 times a week, so I'm always looking for new tastes. This will be perfect on the grill or inside...thanks!
