  Honey Roasted Chicken
  Very tasty. I basted a lot - probably six times or so - in the 50 minutes I cooked the thighs. Served with mashed potatoes. I was a happy after dinner gal. :)

  It wasn't too sweet for me, Ana, but I happen to love sweet with chicken, salmon or pork. The teriyaki kinda combats the sweet a bit. I had the leftovers last night for dinner and this reheats really nicely.
