Honey-Roasted Chicken

- 2 Pounds chicken pieces, all visible fat removed shopping list
- 1 C honey shopping list
- 1/2 C Low Sodium teriyaki sauce shopping list
- 1/4 C orange juice shopping list
- 1 T Dijon mustard shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Rinse chicken and pat dry. Place in a single layer in a shallow baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. I like to use a whisk. Pour over chicken pieces.
- Bake, uncovered, basting with the honey mixture occasionally, 45 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
- Enjoy!

I didn't have any dijon but I made it anyway..put some crushed red pepper flakes in the sauce...very tasty! The girls gave a ^5.
