Hot Dog Reuben Casserole

What a fantastic recipe. Easy and fast to pull together on a busy night. I cannot see why sausages could not but sub for the hot dogs. May try that the next time I make this recipe.

Hot 1000 Island dressing. Oh my. I think that goes along with my fear of hot mayonnaise that all the old timey IMI'ers know I get squeamish about. :-P I just can't bring myself to use mayonnaise in a hot dish. I think 1000 Island would be on that list as well.

Hi made this again and used sausages and a mixture of cheeses. DH said that he preferred the taste with the sausages better. Oh my sausages are more like a kielbasa in texture.
