Recipe by Kayde: Hurry Up Ham And Noodles
Egg noodles with a nice creamy cheesy sauce and two kinds of pig.
Doubled the recipe without trouble.
There are asterisks behind the bacon and mushrooms without any further explaination.
SO........................I julienne cut the bacon to match the ham and quarter cut the 'shrooms.
Salt and pepper could be easily doubled. Maybe even some hot sauce would lift the dish some more.
But it's a quick easy dish as is. Unless of course you forget to pick up the cream and cheese from the store and have to run back there.
