Italian Gnocchi

I guess Gnocchi means potato dumplings. Recipe by Spinach1948: Italian Gnocchi Triditional/saved
They are good. Apply a salt shaker.
Didn't have the Romano or Parmesan. Used sharp cheddar.

I am following you, Points! :) I had the gnocchi soup on the planner for today, anyway, but I wasn't gonna make the gnocchi from scratch...then, I figured... why not? It was rainy, here, today, so we stayed in all day, anyway... and I had a lil helper, so we had fun! :)

Full review and photo on the page... I have to agree, these need salt.

I never thought about the gnocchi as a potato dumpling but you've got a point!

I've never tried Gnocchi before, but when I do it will definitely be from scratch because I don't intend to pay what the $3.99 the market wants per 1-lb bag frozen. This recipe sounds really great.
