  Yum, a very good sandwich! The 2 things I did different was to pan fry up the prosciutto to get it nice and crispy, and I had to use a slice of romaine instead of the spinach....didn't have it :(
  The Italian dressing on this was so good!! I actually used a Tuscan dressing...close enough :) I love open face sandwiches and this is now one of my favorites!
