Italian Sausage And White Bean Soup
I had a couple of garlic sausages in the refrigerator and also had found a can of cannellini beans I didn't know I had. I did a search using "sausage" and "beans" and eventually found this one. It was really a 4 star kinda recipe but I didn't make it to spec so I didn't feel I should rate it 4 stars.

It could be that Italian sausage would make it a five star soup, Marie. Its got a lot more flavor than garlic sausage and I think its probably less salty. :-)

I have some ground Italian sausage in the freezer . I wonder how this soup would be with that instead of the links ? I would cut it down , for just me , as S.O. doesn't care much for Italian sausage. Silly man ! Bookmarking for when the weather turns cooler.

Yeah, Marie, I think garlic sausage is just a big, fat garlicky hot dog. :-P I love them though.
