  This was fantastic. I opted to use minced onion instead of parsley and grilled it 4 minutes each side. I was afraid to try the cast iron skillet method. I have never used them for cooking indoors and did not want to ruin the steak on my first attempt. Great recipe Radd. Thank you I served this along with Creamy White Macaroni And Cheese by Keni
