    Lamb Stew

    It's a nice stew. Quick and simple. Not as elaborate as the other Lamb stews here at GR.

    I used ground lamb and ground buffalo, cubed up and sauteed to mimic stewing meat. Sauteed the onion first and added meat cubes.

    There is 1/4 c. corn oil at the end of the list of ingredients that has no corresponding instructions on it's use so I left it out.

    Think someone low-balled this recipe. It's not that bad. Instructions might need some clarity.

    I would make it again and use lamb stewing meat next time to make sure I get that special taste of ewe.
