Lamb Stew

- 2 lb of cubed lamb stew meat shopping list
- 1 (14.5 oz) can of beef broth shopping list
- 1 1/2 tbsp. of chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- 1 tsp. of dried thyme shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 lb. of peeled and sliced potatoes shopping list
- 1 1/2 lb. of peeled and sliced carrots shopping list
- 1 finely chopped medium onion shopping list
- 6 tbsp. of all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1/4 c. of corn oil shopping list
How to make it
- First take some olive oil in a large pan over medium flame.
- Cook meat, broth, parsley, and the thyme cooking approx. 30 min.
- Then you can stir in the potatoes, carrots, and onion in mixture.
- Now you want to let this cook at least 90 min.
- Then you can take a small bowl, mixing flour and water until creamy.
- Add this into the stew and allow to get thick.
- Ladle and serve.

Good stew. I didn't know what to do with the 1/4 cup corn oil so I left it out.
