Ingredients
  • 2 lb of cubed lamb stew meat
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can of beef broth
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. of chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp. of dried thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 lb. of peeled and sliced potatoes
  • 1 1/2 lb. of peeled and sliced carrots
  • 1 finely chopped medium onion
  • 6 tbsp. of all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 c. of corn oil

Directions
  1. First take some olive oil in a large pan over medium flame.
  2. Cook meat, broth, parsley, and the thyme cooking approx. 30 min.
  3. Then you can stir in the potatoes, carrots, and onion in mixture.
  4. Now you want to let this cook at least 90 min.
  5. Then you can take a small bowl, mixing flour and water until creamy.
  6. Add this into the stew and allow to get thick.
  7. Ladle and serve.

I made this the other day, it was fantastic!


Good stew. I didn't know what to do with the 1/4 cup corn oil so I left it out.
