  I made Pleclare's
  Leeky Chicken
  last night and it was awesome. Nice and easy to put together in the morning and then into the fridge so when I came home after work, it was all prepared and I just had to pop it into the oven. Lots of flavour and lots of good sauce. Will add this into my regular dinner menu rotation. Thanks Pat!
