    Made this recipe last night and I highly recommend it! It was so easy to get all of the elements put together and into the oven, then just let it cook - no fussing, my favorite kind of Sunday dinner prep! I had some dried porcini & oyster mushrooms, so I reconstituted those by steeping them in stock and then chopped them up and added them. The only comment from my guys was that they would prefer boneless skinless chicken thighs and/or breasts, so I'll try it with boneless pieces next time.
