Leeky Chicken

This is a recipe that the oldprof put in a post in a group but never posted. Made it last nigh. Great dish and I have his permission ti o post it.

In a 9x13" baking dish,make a bed of leeks.Place chicken pieces over the leeks. Mix the soups,seasonings and mushrooms and spread on top of the chicken. Cover with foil
Bake in a 350' oven for 90 mins. Uncover and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Return to oven uncovered till the cheese browns,about 10 mins.
