  Recipe by Pleclare: Lemon Bread
  Good dessert bread.
  Had a low spot in the center but it was fully baked according to my toothpick at 1 hour.
  Used powdered sugar in the glaze. Recipe didn't specify.
  Used pistachios. Partially ground them in the food processor.
  Didn't want to post my pic with the sunken middle.

  You're right. Recipe called for table sugar. I had never made a glaze with table sugar before. All have been with powdered sugar. Next time I will use granulated on your recipe.
